Exciting Growth at Verde Pastures Spanish Academy
We are proud to announce that Verde Pastures Spanish Academy is now officially a private educational facility.
This important milestone allows us to expand beyond early childhood education and begin offering 1st through 3rd grade, continuing our mission of nurturing the whole child through a unique, hands-on learning experience.
We are currently developing the next phase of our program: a dynamic Spanish immersion bilingual model where students will grow academically while becoming confident, fluent communicators in both English and Spanish. Our approach blends strong academics with nature-based learning, cultural enrichment, and meaningful real-world experiences—setting us apart from traditional classrooms.
As we build this exciting new chapter, our website is currently under construction. We will be sharing updates soon, including enrollment information, classroom structure, and details about our expanded academic programs.
SPANISH IMMERSION
Children in a Spanish immersion environment benefit immensely from being surrounded by the language throughout the school day. Our enthusiastic and energetic teaching style fosters a vibrant atmosphere where learning a new language becomes both enjoyable and effective. With immersive experiences, children thrive and develop a strong foundation in Spanish that will serve them well in the future.
NATURE BASED
Children thrive in our expansive outdoor environment, where they can explore, play, and learn about the wonders of nature. Our adorable farm animals, which include a miniature horse, a miniature donkey, a pony, and six playful pygmy goats! Children will have the opportunity to pet, feed, and interact with these lovable animals, fostering a unique connection to nature.
Our lovable animals teach valuable lessons in responsibility, kindness, and empathy, helping children develop a sense of stewardship for the environment.
ACADEMICS
Our program provides children with a solid foundation in the essential academic skills needed for preschool and beyond. Our curriculum seamlessly integrates nature-based activities that not only enhance language skills but also foster curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking. We believe that learning in a natural setting inspires a lifelong love of knowledge and exploration.
